The Wappingers Central School District is seeking substitute teaching candidates in all subject areas. Long term assignments may become available throughout the school year.
Candidates for all substitute positions must receive WCSD Board approval as a WCSD substitute teacher prior to starting assignment date.
Certified substitute teachers will be paid $120 per day. Uncertified substitute teachers will be paid $100 per day.
Fingerprint clearance through NYS TEACH
Minimum of 60 college credits
Candidates will need 3 letters of recommendation from external professional references in Supervisory positions, dated within the past 18 months and hand signed by the writer.
NYSED Fingerprint Clearance is required.
