The Wappingers Central School District is seeking candidates to fill a Speech Teacher position beginning in the 2026-27 school year with an effective start date of September 2, 2026. This is a full-time, probationary, tenure track position.
Only those holding a Speech and Language Disabilities (All Grades) certificate will be considered for the position. Although the certificate required for the position is specific, the school in which the position will be located has yet to be determined.

Candidates must be prepared to provide additional documents to complete a candidate folder, including three letters of recommendation bearing the writers' signatures, dated within the last 18 months, valid teaching certificate, and transcripts.
No letters of recommendation can be written by a current Wappingers Central School District employee.
